Sheriff to Deputy: Pick up autopsy from Doctor on man pulled out of city reservoir last night; then start
initial investigation. Know you are new detective so just facts no fluff.
(Doctor’s Office)
Deputy: Let me guess, drunk fell into reservoir and drowned?
Doctor: Drunk, yes, blood alcohol content .29; drowned no. Cause of death suffocation, be more precise dying from lack of air or oxygen; he was asphyxiated. This man was dead before he went into the water.
Deputy: Suffocated like by a pillow?
Doctor: His lungs were collapsed; someone or something
sucked the air out of his lungs.
Deputy: Your best guess?
Doctor: Only theory now, guessing he died from good night kiss.
Deputy: I cannot tell Sheriff that we have a killer kisser in his county; I need better theory than that.
Doctor: look at the following
1. Bruises on this nerve bottom of neck along top of shoulder;
2. Finger nail marks bottom of neck
3. Strands of shiny black hair (test results pending)
4. Reddish lipstick residue on his lips (test pending)
5. Look at his totally open eyes; plus
6. His, lungs were totally collapsed.
7. Should have more clues later.
Deputy: Explain the bruised nerve.
Doctor: Turn around (after
Deputy turns around); Doctor, (simultaneously squeezes nerve and
asks) How does this feel?
Deputy: (almost dropped to floor from excruciating pain). You have made your point; anything else?
Doctor: Brief internet search reveals there have been few cases every Halloween holiday season with or without full moon.
Deputy: Anything else I am not telling Sheriff?
Doctor: Yes, you will not like it; victims are of both sexes, and there is always more than one victim. Probably more victims than we know about, as their bodies could have been found at vehicle accidents, structure fires, and deaths made to look like suicides two examples hangings, or drowning like what we have here. Your best part to tell the Sheriff is statistical increases around Halloween date back to mid- 1600’s.
Deputy: Let me get this right, I am supposed to tell the Sheriff this man was killed by a four hundred year old bisexual that sucks air out of people’s lungs, and that this, what- ever it is will probably be giving more good night kisses until Halloween is over? I know why don’t I just write the press release for the Sheriff? Did it ever occur to you that I might like finally making detective?
Doctor: You may be jumping facts to get to conclusions; your perpetrator, as you detectives like to say may not be bisexual, perhaps they have ability to change shapes to live on life forces in oxygen drained from victim’s lungs. Just tell the Sheriff my results are inconclusive and you will let him know more when I get more test results. Almost forgot, found these soaked paper matches from Dead Rat Cantina in first victims pocket. I should have more for you when you come in for autopsy report on next victim. Better get busy still have several full moons, and Halloween good night kisses nights left this holiday season.
Deputy: This job has dulled your sense of humor, you might think about finding another career.
Doctor: I have been, thinking about opening a discount mortuary in this county already know most of my future customers.
Deputy: Be in touch.
Deputy to Sheriff: Autopsy results are inconclusive; Doctor said he would have more information later.
Sheriff to Deputy: Remember you are on probation and this is an election year so no fluff. (Sheriff
hangs up on Deputy)
Deputy travels to, enters, and walks up to bar at Dead Rat Cantina; then asks Bartender.)
Deputy: (shows autopsy photo) See this guy last night?
Bartender: Yea, he looked better than that.
Deputy:
See him leave with anyone you know?
Bartender: Yes and No, saw him leave with some lady never saw before.
Deputy: Describe her.
Bartender: Medium height, perfect body, the kind that starts wars, below the jaw blackest shiniest hair I have ever seen, emerald eyeliner with emerald fingernail polish, off color red lipstick, black leather dress.
Deputy: You have pretty good memory.
Bartender: Generally I am only sober one in here; have nothing else to do but pay attention to fine details
Deputy: What else do you remember?
Bartender: Hard to forget her eyes.
Deputy: Why?
Bartender: Like cemetery eyes, they not only stared through you, but also melted your soul, but also seemed to hypnotize at the same time.
Deputy: Here’s my card, call me if she comes back in; understand?
Bartender: She a suspect?
Deputy: Just call me.
Bartender: Almost forgot, her name sounded
like something ha.
Deputy: Could it have been La Bruja?
Bartender: Yea that was it.
Deputy: Call me.
(Sheriff’s Office Next Morning)
Sheriff to Deputy: Had a hit and run last night, go see Doctor and pick up autopsy, then start initial
investigation; like I said no fluff.
(Doctor’s Office)
Doctor to Deputy: You again, good news; your
lady friend is back.
Deputy: I am starting to not like you. Let’s hear what you have.
Doctor: (pulls back sheet) First appearances are hit and run; but like your drowning victim, he was dead before several vehicles ran over him. Similarities to your first victim:
1. lungs collapsed like victim one;
2. bruised nerve same side as victim one;
3. nail marks on neck like victim one;
4. Reddish lipstick on lips like victim one;
5. eyes look same as victim one
Deputy: That’s the Bartender, told him to call me. He was my only witness.
Doctor: You are wrong; your best witnesses are my
forensic evidence.
Deputy: Still need you to explain all this to
Sheriff.
Doctor: You might want wait on that for a while; until
you hear test results.
Deputy: I am waiting.
Doctor: I love your cases.

Deputy: Bartender said she had hypnotic eyes.
Doctor: Fits into my emerging theory:
1. First her appearance and looks attract bait;
2. Alcohol and or drugs reduce inhibitions, plus they affect blood not air in lungs;
3. Eyes start to hypnotize and hypnotizes;
4. Crushing nerve creates disabling and distracting pain;
5. Finger nails in back of neck hold victim in place during good night kiss while your lady friend takes thirty to fifty seconds to inhale all air in victim’s lungs until victim’s lungs collapse.
Deputy: Time to go see Sheriff.
Doctor: Sheriff likes you more than me. My suggestion is to become her bait, and try to catch her in act; like when she is giving you a good night kiss.
Deputy: Better plan than trying to explain all this to Sheriff. Hopefully be in touch.

Texas Drifter: Lady Justice America’s Salvation

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Lady Justice, can be known by several names: Themis (Greek), Maat (Egyptian) or Justitia (Roman). Lady Justice covers her eyes with a blindfold; in one hand carries scales to balance truth and lies; and carries a double edged sword in her other hand. Purpose of the Goddess’s tools: to enforce truthful fair equitable constitutional due process justice. Reader might recall last writing exercise, Entry # 845, “Justice Opposite of Revenge”.
Brief background: Summary of one source about one of History’s most ignored documents which contributed to America’s War for Independence.

THE ACT OF ABJURATION AND THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
"All these considerations give us more than sufficient reason to renounce the King of Spain, and seek some other powerful and more gracious prince to take us under his protection."
On July 26, 1581, the States General of the United Provinces of the Low Countries issued the Plakkaat van Verlatinge. The Plakkaat, commonly known in English as the Act of Abjuration, argued that the actions of King Phillip II of Spain delegitimized his rule over the Low Countries. As stated in its preamble, when a "prince" does not "defend them from oppression and violence as the shepherd his sheep.... but, on the contrary, oppresses them, seeking opportunities to infringe their ancient customs and privileges, exacting from them slavish compliance, then he is no longer a prince, but a tyrant, and the subjects are to consider him in no other view. And particularly when this is done deliberately, unauthorized by the states, they may not only disallow his authority, but legally proceed to the choice of another prince for their defense."
One who is not familiar with the Plakkaat might find these sentiments familiar; this is likely because of its similarities to the American Declaration of Independence, which states that "when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."
Moving on to few definitions for this writing exercise.
• Abjure – one definition is to publicly renounce oath
• Example – Abjuration Act 1581 (reread above brief review)
• Antonym - word opposite in meaning to another word
• Opposite “to publicly renounce” (abjure) is “treason” – one definition: betrayal of trust; treachery
Is not publicly renouncing oath “to uphold, protect, and defend”: while conducting actions which do not uphold, protect, and defend U.S. Constitution; make one a traitor to both Heaven and American people, to whom oath was publicly taken?
If Reader’s should be obvious answer, is yes; does it also follow that America’s “criminal political class” are traitors?
Reference to penalties - 18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. - Originally based on title 18, U.S.C., 1940 ed., §§ 1, 2 (Mar. 4, 1909, ch. 321, §§ 1, 2,35 Stat. 1088).
Is violating first standard “owing allegiance to the United States” treason; when one “non-publicly abjures their oath to both Heaven and the American people with actions that do not uphold, protect and defend U.S. Constitution? Especially actions which threaten domestic tranquility, national security, and or national sovereignty?
Who might be some members of America’s “criminal political class” who HAVE NOT (publicly) abjured their oaths to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution? Reader might start list with Obama, Biden, H. Clinton, McConnell, Boehner; just to get list started.
What is status of elected political officials who HAVE (publicly) abjured their oaths to publicly uphold, protect, and defend U.S. Constitution? Could one answer be “enemy combatants”? Why, most Americans do not usually allow “non-oath taking” or “oath violating” politicians or their political appointees; to serve in Americans’ “by their people, of their people, for their people” governments. TRUE or FALSE
Question: America, Heaven’s favorite constitutional due process ethical capitalist republic is approaching political precipice which threatens both America’s domestic tranquility and national security. It is foolish for any PSC (patriotic security conservative) or any other American to consider starting to rebuild America’s Republic; before decline caused by America’s criminal political class has been stopped period. TRUE or FALSE
Bonus question: Most expedient and cost effective in terms of avoiding and preventing, human casualties and suffering; is conducting due process trials which remove America’s criminal political class from power. Process begins by first removing most obviously evil among us in U.S. TRUE or FALSE
Bonus thought question: Reader might list some of most obvious members of America’s “criminal political class”. Why, so members of America’s “political criminal class”, can be introduced to - 18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason. Why, so America’s criminal political class can have life changing moments with America’s Lady Justice. Thinking about who might deserve to be on “America’s Lady Justice Salvation List” is not yet a crime. TRUE or FALSE

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Due process truth is always prerequisite for justice. Emotional rabid hatred is always prerequisite for mob rule lynching. Mob rule generally remains popular only until, mob starts looking for new person to lynch; like maybe you my Reader. Possible future question, most citizens, care about successful actions not successful whining.
What is difference between conservative ratings motivated cult celebrities, advocating lynch mob revenge for Planned Parenthood’s accused; and rioting Blacks advocating mob rule lynching of law enforcement personnel? Reader might further refine their answer by distinguishing between constitutional due process “personalities”; and rabid acting lynch mob personalities?
Reader might wish to settle back, as this writing exercise consist of three parts:
1. One part theory
2. One part hypocrite’s revenge
3. One part justice for politically evil among us in U.S.
PART I: THEORY
Disclaimer, even human managed non-prejudicial due process investigations; due process trials including appellate courts can make mistakes in administering justice. Proper question: How many more mistakes resulting in unjust penalties do hate motivated mob rule lynch mobs make, compared to constitutional due processes?
Some consequences of rabid acting lynch mob personalities.
1. Texas Drifter worked case more than two decades ago; client stopped me on the street and blurted out: I want you to prove my wife and best friend are having an affair. Informed potential client that investigations were about providing information; that it was court’s job to prove innocence or guilt. Getting to point, reported to client that I saw his wife and best friend enter hotel room on two different occasions, but was not sure they were involved in romantic affair.
Told him they never embraced before entering, or when leaving hotel room; also that I tipped hotel maid to let me in their room after they left. Bed covers were not even slightly wrinkled. None of bath towels had been used. Maid also told me that she never had to clean or straighten room after they left.
Client screamed at me and said I was a fool (not fool enough to have not gotten my money before taking the case). Client said he would confront his x-wife and x-best friend because he knew they were guilty. Client did, turns out his soon x-wife and soon x-best friend were meeting at hotel to plan client’s surprise birthday party! Client ended up losing his wife, family, friends and job, and eventually became perpetual loser. Glad I got my meager assignment wages up front.
2. Public records suggest Missouri / Kansas Jayhawkers were guerilla fighters that were often undisciplined, unprincipled, thieving and murderous. Some reports suggest that these future carpetbaggers during South’s reconstruction put (number varies) 19 Southern women and children into wood frame building and burned it down just to enjoy listening to them scream. These are anti-slavery lynch mob forces that conservative media celebrities refuse to claim as their own.
3. Yankee Republican carpet baggers who engaged in economic, political, cultural, and physical genocide against Southerners during reconstruction; against wishes of their prophet Lincoln. Reader can reference origins of Texas 1876 post re-construction Constitution. Yankee conservatives and contemporary carpet bagger media celebrities need to recognize that that Southerners have a right to learn truthful history. Starting with “Texas Drifter: America’s Lost Second Tradition Found”.
4. Democrat Party Blacks rioting and wanting to lynch law enforcement personnel in Democrat Party ruled places like Fergusson, Missouri; Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C.; and every other city where Blacks feel America owes them lynch mob justice. Since Missourians supported Lincoln first emancipating Blacks only in South not in North. Why, allow Blacks opportunity to become terrorists to murder, rape, torture, Southern women, children, and old people while men were away on front lines. Perhaps race motivated riots is karma on over-due visit to Missouri? Just asking, not accusing.
Continuing on, there is a difference between defending one’s right to due process trial and agreeing with or liking what defendant is accused of doing. Lynch mobs are no less criminal elements that those accused of committing a crime. In fact lynching even a guilty man makes the lynch mob members accessories to capital murder; and entitles them to due process capital murder due process trial.
Undeniable fact, America is built on concept of “constitutional due process law and order”; not “lynch mob rule anarchy”. Due process justice is intended to help provide meaningless over used word: closure. All hateful revenge motivated lynch mob rule anarchy provides, is incentives for more “primitive tribal” revenge.
Not suggesting that their might not be need for revenge if it serves as self-defense. Anyway, topic for another writing exercise.
Reader questioning above theory, might reference legal scholars like 1. Conservative like Ted Cruz, or 2. Liberal like Alan Dershowitz. No reason for Reader to accept theory by one Texas farmer’s son, who devoted his career to conducting non-prejudicial investigations.
PART II: Some Pro-Life Celebrities Hypocrites?
Question, does only whining about “evil doers” and not trying to reach out to “confused” considering an abortion; make some “pro-life” ratings driven celebrity talk show hosts and religious stars hypocrites?
Reader might ask one of hypocrite suspects, how many individual personal counseling sessions have you personally provided to troubled souls considering abortions in last five years? Or perhaps ask, how much money have you devoted to recruit and train volunteers to counsel troubled souls considering abortions in last five years.
Reader might find answers like none; I am into spiritual administration and public relations not individual ministering. Translation, I prefer being a celebrity whiner; which fertilizes my vanity.
Texas Drifter makes no claim of being a religious scholar; still would not some of following options be preferable to being a whiner, just to fertilize one’s vanity?
1. Abortions will more likely be reduced with individual spiritual counseling; not with having government enforce more laws.
2. Would a reasonable suggestion be, “let non-prejudicial legal investigations combined with constitutional due process judicial judgments” deal with Planned Parenthood’s alleged abuses?
3. First Amendment decrees “separation of government and church” which means no public tax dollars should go to Planned Parenthood type agencies.
4. Why have States not held a constitutional convention amending U.S. Constitution declaring Roe V. Wade is Tenth Amendment issue “reserved to the States respectively, or to the people”?
5. Reader might also consider “Texas Drifter: Myth That Respect Can Be Charity”
Question, after Reader considers definition of word accessory, Reader might ask: are those who limit their opposition to abortions to whining or transferring their responsibilities to government – neither of which is likely to reduce abortions; accessories to abortions and other abuses which celebrity whiners whine about?
Closing point PART II – As for all hysteria about pro-choice environmentalists being “more upset” about poachers’ death of game refuge lion, than un-born fetuses. Why would anyone be surprised about their reaction? Crimes have different statuary levels. Example selling pound of recreational marijuana and selling pound of military grade ricin are different crimes.
How is whining about pro-life environmentalists complaints about death of game refuge lion, going to prevent one single abortion? Chances are it won’t; so why do celebrity pro-lifers continue do engage in feel good activities that do not reduce number of abortions?
Many will find following answer objectionable – Who cares, being honest is generally oxymoron to being popular. In case Reader did not know, only thing more hypocritical than “Liberal Fascist Political Correctness” is “CONSERVATIVE FASCIST POLITICAL CORRECTNESS”. Yes Reader, Satan’s left hand is “L.F.P.C.” and Satan’s right hand is “C.F.P.C” – TRUE not FALSE
Time to finish PART II - Will review, maybe later; some CFPC home places. Could one of those CFPC home places start with letter “B” and end with letter “k”? Will only time provide the answer - just asking, not accusing.
PART III: Justice for Politically Evil among Us in U.S.
Recall repetition is good teaching or training tool: Why P.S.C. (patriotic security conservatives) are necessary to help other conservatives (reference Entry # 844) – brief answer, help “pilgrim conservatives” not only survive, but also have a place to survive in.
Question, where is justice not revenge for America’s law abiding innocents from crimes by Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats like Obama; Obama’s Administration and bureaucrats; public subsidy addicts; and allies like Mussolini Republicans; illegal immigrants; and all other world owes us America haters that Reader can list?
There seems to be none, as it keeps getting harder to convince innocents that revenge is no option for justice. Texas Drifter has one possible solution – how about “even dozen independent prosecutors”? Find twelve disciples of justice not revenge to conduct twelve non-prejudicial investigations for constitutional twelve due process judicial rulings. TRUE or FALSE
List of twelve starting points include:
1. H. Clinton’s E-mail allegations
2. H. Clinton’s Fast and Furious 2 (Benghazi) allegations
3. H. Clinton’s (and her family’s) non-profit organization’s bribery allegations
4. Other H. Clinton’s possible crimes

Texas Drifter: Conservatives Have Zero without Security

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Pathetic but true, America’s conservatives seem to enjoy being real world naïve pilgrim targets and victims for America’s criminal political class. Translation – tolerating cowardly political class crimes in name of compassion; still makes one an accessory to those crimes, and subject to premise that justice delayed is still justice.
Example of translation: tolerating crimes like luring illegal immigrants to America with (1) amnesty (2) through porous Southern border (3) makes one accessory to illegal immigrant crimes against innocents (4) being an accessory for greed like Chamber of Commerce types, or lusting for votes like Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrat allies are extenuating circumstances and increases penalties .
Since justice delayed is still justice; Texas Drifter hopes that Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats and corporate fascist Mussolini Republicans, never have another night of restful sleep. Why due to their wondering if this is the night, that “Lady Justice” or one of her deputies comes visiting?

One of first issues in security is to know what one is fighting for, things like:
1. Self-defense for self, family, neighbors, fellow Americans
2. Defend or protect America’s traditions, values, principles, history
3. Defend or protect Declaration of Independence inalienable liberties
4. Defend or protect due process U.S. Constitutional rights like Ten Amendments
5. Defend or protect private property
Kind of obvious observation, it does no good “just to want to win” if one does not “know how to win”.
There are three types of social power: pre-emptive; pro-active; and re-active. Pre-active can best be summed up by adage: beat them before they start. In old days, professional gun fighters simply drew and fired their weapons; while pilgrims grabbed, drew, and then fired their weapons. Extra step of grabbing weapon was usually difference between living to fight another time, and one way trip to boot hill.
Few pro-active components include: preparation; training; continual practice; security threat analysis; planning options; responding with reflexes. Few generic tools: signs – legal weapons allowed on premises; secure fences; good tamper proof locks.
Few re-active components include: 911 calls for help; contacting law enforcement directly and hoping they show up in time to save the day; petition courts for restraining orders (usually court rulings make bad guys lives safer at expense of innocents); begging bad guys not to hurt you or your family; alarms to warn you bad guys have arrived so you can call 911; signs – "no guns allowed - gun free zone” to invite bad guys to safe “work environment” so they can murder / rape your family, or rob your home.
Moving on to some “know how to win” specifics: theories; goals; objectives; tactics; techniques; tools; engage which is divided into: ignore, surveillance, flight, or fight.
Side notes – confrontation “counting steps analysis”; no second decisions after “engagement reflexes” have started; controlling scenario environment before, during, and after incident. One example do not want arriving law enforcement to shoot you because they think you are one of bad guys; post engagement “debriefing” can be management review; paper work; and or criminal and or civil legal problems.

Texas Drifter: Myth That Respect Can Be Charity

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Since respect can only be earned or received for individual effort or work done; “welfare respect” is perfect example of oxymoron. Example, not even Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats like Obama, can rely solely on laws to force any citizen to voluntarily offer honest respect for public subsidy addicted world owes us haters.

2. Please donate some welfare respect.

Most minorities have yet to understand that free welfare like: food stamps; medical care; utilities; phones; internet; cash; advantage employment selections like affirmative action; and other freebies are not civil rights’ entitlements for special interest groups based on race, ethnic background, gender, volunteer sexual orientation, or any other minority traits.
Time has arrived for no more welfare respect for any of following:

Considerable problem for those not eligible for welfare respect is their lack of not having any personal self-respect. Which causes these adults, with spoiled two year old personalities, to evolve into amoral social zombies. These self-loathing social zombies, eventually allow their absence of self-respect; to rationalize their uncivilized and feral social conduct based on their beliefs that world owes them. Results produce social zombie haters devoted to hating not only themselves but everything else.
Several types of feral social criminal or sinful conduct, by social zombies includes but is not limited to: murder, rape, treason, kidnapping, extortion, worshiping false prophets, stealing resources intended for truly indigent, lying to others, lying about others, lust for self-hate, lustful hate for others, adultery, plus other hate motivated conduct by those who will never be entitled to welfare respect. One un-discussed form of welfare is minimum wage, Reader needs to consider minimum wage as artificial market price for labor. Increases in minimum wage rates generally result in two consequences: creating more unemployment; and stimulating inflation rates which would increase if minimum wages ever become indexed to inflation. Texas Drifter: Governor Perry's Foreign Loyalties Yikes!

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Will Texas Governor Perry’s past “yikes loyalties” catch up with Governor Perry; and cause Governor Perry to not even make “cuts” to appear in any 2016 Presidential debates?
Following commercially published “No Water No Vote” full page ad, was an Editor Marshall project that appeared In South Texas newspapers on April 10, 2002. Excerpts follow:
NO WATER NO VOTE … N0 WATER NO VOTE … NO WATER NO VOTE
There are only two people on planet earth responsible for the current South Texas water crisis: Texas Governor Perry and President Bush (the problem started while President Bush was Governor of Texas). If a thief breaks into your home; who do you hold responsible, the thief or the security guard that did not do their job?
The South Texas water issue is simple: Mexico steals water, Mexico refuses to return stolen water, and President Bush (along with Governor Perry) takes half-hearted measures to protect American citizens from Mexican economic terrorism.
Economic terrorism which could cost the Rio Grande Valley economy more than: two billion dollars and thirty thousand jobs. Not to mention, destroying the Valley’s agriculture industry, and eventually costing tens of thousands of more South Texas residents their homes when school, city, and county property taxes double or triple.
Citizens of South Texas should be inflamed that Mexican oil seems to be more important to American politicians than the financial well-being and civil rights of South Texas farmers, ranchers, their employees, and all the businesses they support.
South Texas’ current artificial water crisis involves more than Mexico simply returning stolen water. Other issues are compensation by Mexico for actual damages currently estimated to be one billion dollars, and yet to be determined punitive damages,
Not including actual damages and punitive damages in resolving a Republican manufactured water crisis in South Texas, equates to crime without punishment for economic terrorism.
Studies report that Mexico is the eleventh wealthiest nation in the world, while average Mexican citizens rank between one hundred and forty, to one hundred and fifty in per capita income.
People of South Texas seeking actual and punitive monetary damages against Mexico by resorting to any of the following would be seeking just compensation from one of the world’s richest nations, not some of the world’s poorest citizens:
1. The First Amendments guarantees citizens the right to petition the government for grievances. File a class action civil suit against Bush’s State Department for 1) criminal negligence for falling to stop Mexico from engaging and continuing to engage in economic terrorism and 2) not forcing Mexico to return water stolen from the United States.
2. American courts have ruled that private American citizens have a right to sue foreign governments for damages resulting from acts of terrorism.
3. Petition the U.S. Senate and Congress to pass legislation that prohibits the importation from Mexico all products directly or indirectly grown, raised, produced, or manufactured from illegal gains (water stolen by Mexico).
Eighty to ninety percent of those affected by Bush’s (now Governor Perry's) “America Last” water policy are American Hispanics. Only time will tell if South Texas American Hispanics will send President Bush and Governor Perry the message that it takes more than speaking in condescending child-like remedial Spanish to get their votes. The time has arrived for all Americans to start warning federal and state Republican candidates that it will take action not promises to get their votes. So get on your phones; get on the Internet; tell everyone you know to spread the word: NO WATER NO VOTE; NO WATER NO VOTE; NO WATER NO VOTE. Special points of interest, Texas Governor Perry allowed Mexico to steal water from South Texas Border agricultural interests throughout his over decade administration. Problem still continues into contemporary times. It would be close match between all D. Trumps assets and total Texas assets Governor Perry allowed Mexico to steal from Texas agricultural interests in about decade and half. Reader should run their own numbers to achieve greater accuracy. If independent numbers prove Texas Drifter is way off; I will stand corrected.
Second point of interest questions concerning Border Patrol Union’s future appearance before “U.S. House Committee on Border Violence”:
1. How many Republicans are members on above committee?
2. How many Republican members on above committee are from Texas?
3. How many Republican committee leaders on above committee are from Texas?
4. Some allegations are that some on above committee “threatened” Border Patrol union leaders to not meet with 2016 Presidential candidate D. Trump – what is “so help me God truth”?
5. Some allegations are that Texans on committee (possibly committee leaders) threatened Border Patrol union members to help Governor Perry’s Presidential campaign – what is “So help me God truth”?
6. Any American not having courage to learn if Texas Republicans are acting like Obama Chicago gangsters to “cheat” D. Trump out of “peoples’ choice” Republican nomination are too cowardly to be free Americans. TRUE or FALSE
Side note observation: Speaking only for Texas Drifter and Editor Marshall; if Obama like Republican gangsters, succeed in “cheating” D. Trump out of rightful Republican nomination? Texas Drifter: Never Play Cards with Cheaters

Marshall’s Law Dateline - Old news as old lessons for some, are new news and new lessons for others.
“Tenth Amendment Center” reference to 2012 National Defense Authorization Act: § 1022: (b) (1) . . . The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States.
(2) . . . The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to a lawful resident alien of the United States on the basis of conduct taking place within the United States, except to the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States.
Comment: This section says that the administration is not REQUIRED to keep a U.S. citizen or legal resident alien in indefinite military custody. But it does not prevent the administration from doing so.
When you look at sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act objectively, they become scary in their potential. If the administration does try to use it to lock up American citizens without habeas corpus, the Supreme Court probably will void the incarceration and require a civilian trial. But in the normal course of events, vindicating one’s rights could take years.
Of course, in America, we traditionally don’t lock up citizens on mere suspicion. . . .

Would Justice John “Judas” Roberts’s Supreme Court abolish U.S. Constitutional concept of habeas corpus? Better question is, would it not be inconsistent for Justice “Judas” Roberts to abandon his chronic judicial activism, and honor his oath to Heaven and the American people to uphold, protect, and defend?
As always, repetition is good training tool. Question for you my Reader, is Obama trying to provoke conservative patriots into a scenario which will allow Obama to “justify” suspending those parts of Constitution; that Obama has not already suspended with unconstitutional executive orders to establish Obama’s Stalinist type police state in America?
Reader should consider following: starting with definition of feign, which is to induce as false impression; pretend.
Example, in “wild west days”, some hired guns would feign a draw by slightly moving opposite shoulder of holstered gun; causing amateur to grab for their pistol. Why to have witnesses testify that amateur “drew first” which meant professional hired gun, was only reacting in self-defense.
Why might Obama be “intentionally” insulting America’s Judeo-Christian patriots’ most sacred American traditions, values, principles, and histories? Could one answer be to use Obama’s FBI, Obama’s Homeland Security, and Obama’s other seventy plus different federal agencies’ SWAT teams? Why, to neutralize Judeo-Christian conservatives, Social security recipients with guns, right wing crazy conservatives. A description used by Senator John McCain; which was indirectly endorsed by two of McCain’s public defenders, closet Mussolini Republican 2016 Presidential candidates Perry and Rubio.
Advice is generally worth what Reader pays for it; never the less, Reader might consider following: Do not act like an amateur and let your emotions lead or draw you into a scenario Reader can’t win.
Also, beware of “run off at the mouth” conservative talk show host cult celebrities; who will also try to provoke Reader into acting the fool to improve their cult leader talk show host or hosts’ media ratings. Why would these media strumpets do such a thing? Simple, higher their ratings; more they line their pockets with higher charges for their advertising rates. TRUE not FALSE

Actions implying “we trust Obama to not abolish habeas corpus and put innocent Americans in prison for rest of their natural lives”? Fourth 2016 Presidential idealism option might be considered variation of P.S.C. (patriot security conservatism). This group, is composed of Judeo-Christian due process constitutional ethical capitalist patriots; who support U.S. Constitutional integrity; self-defense through domestic tranquility and national security; plus economic patriotism, not international free trade with America’s international enemies.
Why, internationalist free trade tends to dis-employ middle class Americans while providing America’s enemies with resources to modernize their military forces (all the while making Mussolini Republicans incredibly wealthy corporate fascists). Nothing wrong with accumulating wealth as long as it is not generated by economic treason against America’s domestic and foreign security interests. 3. Consider how Fox News “re-edited” Presidential candidate D. Trump’s words by deleting word “illegal” from Trump’s references about “illegal immigrants”; and reported impression D. Trump’s comments related to legal immigrants, not illegal immigrants. Why, Fox News was apparently trying to negatively impact Trump’s reputation; so as to improve reputation of Mussolini Republican candidate J. Bush. Doubt this, research Fox News primary financial loyalties.
4. There are very few “fair and balanced” visual news media sources for patriotic constitutional due process ethical capitalist Americans. Another Obama legacy team member issue – illegal immigration. Reader can verify specific estimates for percentages or illegal immigrants in America’s jails and prisons. Varying estimates range from twenty-five percent to thirty-five percent. Real world numbers suggest that criminals commit seven to ten crimes before ever being jailed or imprisoned for one crime.
Using “general numbers” – suppose federal prisons are detaining two-hundred fifty thousand illegal immigrants in federal detention centers. Texas Drifter: America's Flag More Than Special

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Flags represent specific messages. How many militaries or navies throughout all human history, have gone into mortal combat without a single flag?
Vexillology is scientific study of flags. “Flags” have been around for estimated 4000 years, pieces of cloth were first added to flags estimated 2000 years ago. Vexillology is derived from Latin” vexillum” referring to fabric hung from horizontal cross bar on a pole.
Flags display emblems, symbols, or standards to convey or send specific messages. Some examples, how does one believe Mexico’s butcher President- General Santa Anna reacted when he might have seen “Come and Take It” flag displaying a cannon above crumbling adobe walls of an old church? Needless to say Mexico’s butcher President-General Santa Anna swore death to all defenders of the Alamo.
Inspiration for the flag was first “real” day of Texas war for Independence: “I cannot, nor do I desire to deliver up the cannon...We are weak and few in number, nevertheless we are contending for what we believe to be just principles.” — Joseph Clements, a Gonzales town official, September 30, 1835
Another example, how does Reader believe America’s troops and Navy members felt when they saw Old Glory being raised during Battle of Iwo Jima? Reader can list untold numbers or times when Americans were proud and honored to see Old Glory.
Started this writing exercise with these examples to remind Americans that some celebrities like G. Beck, and their cult groupies plus others Reader can list; seemingly have lackadaisical and spiritless attitudes towards America’s more than special flag.
Several points, perhaps these seemingly personal vanity before patriotism people need to remember:

3. Perhaps Reader might help Texas Drifter remember last time Reader witnessed a G. Beck poster draped over casket of one of America’s best and most courageous?

Perhaps this always right, while others are always wrong carpetbagger thinks America’s First Civil War was fought to free Blacks from slavery. Why, so Yankee Republican carpetbaggers, could put descendants of ninety-five percent of Southern White ancestors that never owned slaves, into slavery? Just asking, not accusing. TRUE or FALSE
Flags are first target, in war to destroy America’s traditions, values, principles, and history by attacking America’s symbols. By who, world owes us hate all things American groups like illegal immigrants and other groups reader can list, or find by referencing many citations in Texas Drifter writing exercises.
First symbols to be attacked included Southerners’ flag; also under attack are marriage vows like wedding rings "for a man and woman". Judeo-Christians’ holiday decorations are just about decimated; to followed by banning Christianity’s Cross - which will probably someday based on “no separation of government and religion” be illegal to display on public property or in public places.

Texas Drifter: U.S. Amnesty "City-States" Unconstitutional Cancers?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – There are no references to “city-state” or “city-state metropolis” in U.S. Constitution, including Tenth Amendment in Bill of Rights. Refresher insert Tenth Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United Sates by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or the people.
Problem confronting P.S.C. (patriot security conservatives) is “city-states” have become de-facto “ruling sources of power”, within individual States which violates Constitution’s due process meaning of State. America’s “States Salvation Amendment” will develop constitutional due processes; to re-classify and convert offending city-states, which threaten domestic tranquility or national security. Why and how, by intentionally violating due process federal laws, and creating political geo-regions legally classified as “territories”.
Preface thought, many argue that issue of States succeeding from Union, was decided by America’s First Civil War. Issues yet to be decided, could lawless geo-regions in individual States be temporarily “expelled” from Union; by being re-classified as “territories”; if Constitutional Amendment provided such an option?
Might such city-states to be considered for “territorial status” include: San Francisco, Los Angeles; Chicago; Detroit; New York City; Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas; plus other city-states Reader might add.
Filler note about why Texas is called “Lone Star State”. Tale tellers report how Texans’ logic about supporting Southern States was, Texas joined U.S. as free republic; and could leave to again free republic; whenever Texans wanted to take back their “single star” on American flag they could. Border violence along Texas Southern porous border with Mexico, is merely recycling history with different names. Consider the area north of the Rio Bravo River also called Rio Grande River during 1830’s; 1840’s; 1860’s; 1870’s; early 1900’s the Bandit Years; 1930’s; and contemporary times. Texas Drifter can remember back as recently as mid 1980’s when he was warned that the only security he could depend on along South Texas Southern Border was his own.

Classic example is “Billy’s mark” left by William Long Billy Rogers, who was born in 1822. During April 1846 Billy was camped with his family’s wagon train on the Arroyo Colorado near Paso Real, Texas. The group of fifteen men, three women, and four children was transporting supplies for General Zachary Taylor during the opening days of the American-Mexican War resulting from Mexico’s opposition to the Republic of Texas joining the United States.
During the encampment, the group was surrounded about fifty members of “local” Mexican Army militia unit. The Rogers party agreed to surrender under a flag of truce in return for promises of civilized treatment by the Mexican Militia. Two of the men were immediately shot. The remaining men had their throats cut and were tossed over one bank of the Arroyo Colorado. Since this is a family format, I will just say the women and children were abused, had their throats cut, and were also thrown over same bank of the Arroyo Colorado.
Unfortunately for the offending members of the Mexican Militia, Billy Rogers did not die from having his throat cut ear to ear. Billy managed to walk and crawl for four days to help.
Billy was eventually able to identify the guilty for General Taylor who tried, but was unable to apprehend the guilty. Billy turned to the Texas Rangers who managed to track down and kill twenty four of the guilty.
After asking about the remaining guilty, the Rangers told Billy he would have to deal with the rest himself. Billy after learning Spanish and turning to a Hispanic Texan woman (he eventually married). A woman, who also did not care much for Mexican military troops, Billy decided to follow the Ranger’s advice.
During the next several years Billy individually tracked down and personally cut the throats of every single remaining Mexican militia member who participated in the Rogers Massacre. Some historians put the number from twenty to twenty five, although Billy was the only one knowing the exact number.
Citizens in South Texas came to identify the bodies as those with “Billy’s mark” and the incidents were never investigated or questioned by law enforcement. Such was life and death in an uncivil world. Eventually times became more civil, and Billy was elected first as county sheriff and later to the Texas State Legislature.
Billy eventually went on to become a successful businessman. “Billy’s mark” teaches all of us two lessons. First there is a time to be civil and time to be uncivil. Second, if you do have the stomach to know what it takes to totally defeat terrorists or barbarians; show those who do what needs to be done the same respect Billy’s neighbors showed “Billy’s mark.”
Translation, do not judge those fighting and dying in an uncivil world so you can have the luxury of going home every day to play with your wife and kids.
Question, will J.Z. request that prominent names of Hispanics involved in massacring Billy’s family have their names, plaques, and monuments removed from public properties. Reader can do their own research to determine names of Mexican militia members who butchered Roger’s family in 1846. Murderers and rapists, whose family decedents are well known, who have earned respect in contemporary times.
Would it be proper, following their banning of Southern values and cultural artifacts, for Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats; Mussolini Republicans; and other “all things American” haters to avoid appearing to be P.C. One conservative talk show celebrity likes to boast of having made ten to fifteen trips to visit Texas porous Southern border. Texas Drifter: Farmer's Weather Roulette

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Texas Drifter is managing a “this and that” attitude. Following includes a one act screenplay concept “Farmer’s Weather Roulette”; plus brief P.S.C. (patriot security conservative) training exercise.
“Farmer’s Weather Roulette”

Ranch Scout
Dog
Boss
Scene – Ranch Scout’s small “off grid” cabin - (Boss exits his truck and starts walking towards Ranch Scout and Dog on cabin’s porch)
(Dog growls at Boss)
Boss: That dog bites me; I will shoot it.
Ranch Scout: Shoot my partner; I will put you out of this world’s misery; in self-defense, of course. Only times you visit my headquarters is payday, and when you want to whine about something. What do you want to b…h about?
Boss: Talk around town is that you have been telling locals to go steal from my neighbors.
Ranch Scout: I never said that to anybody!
Boss: What did you say?
Ranch Scout: Caught and took photos of couple local juveniles stealing some of your equipment batteries. I asked them if they wanted me to call Sheriff or their dads. One blurted, “Call the Sheriff, my dad will beat me bad.”
Ranch Scout continued: Told them I was in a good mood, and would let them go under two conditions; first, that if I even had a dream that there was one aluminum can missing. I was going to call their dads and the Sheriff; show them my pictures and that they had been stealing whatever was missing.
(Both kids said they would never even drive down the road bordering your properties.)
Ranch Scout added: I also suggested that they tell their friends that their friends, should go somewhere else to steal; because I was going to blame the two in my photos if anything on your place turned up missing. Guess they had a talk with their thieving friends.
Boss: Guess so, everyone else’s property around here has been plagued with robberies. Don’t suppose you would tell me the boys’ names?
Ranch Scout: Not likely, my deal was with them not you. Besides what do you care, if your neighbors are too cheap to hire good security?
Boss: I need new foreman; you know anything about farming; ever think about going into farming?
Ranch Scout: No do not like the odds.
Boss: You chase, hunt, and scare people off with guns; aren’t those higher odds?
Ranch Scout: Answer to first question, I was born and raised on a farm; I am a genuine Texas farmer’s son. As for the odds, my security odds are better than "farmer’s weather roulette". Let me finish.
Ranch Scout: Correct any my numbers that are wrong. You have thousand acres of grain ready to harvest; you expect to cut about six thousand pounds per acre at ten dollars hundred weight, averaging six hundred dollars acre, minus twenty-five cents per hundred, per point too much moisture. Right so far?
Boss: Go on.
Ranch Scout: If you started cutting today using your two machines plus your neighbor’s machine; you could have your crop in, in probably less than four days before Monday. Only problem is you would lose twenty-five cents per hundred, due to one point over in moisture; resulting in you only getting nine dollars seventy-five cents per hundred weight; having you end up with five hundred eighty-five dollars an acre, translating into fifteen dollar acre loss; which at thousand acres is fifteen thousand dollars. Don’t interrupt.
Ranch Scout continues: Weather reports suggest fifty percent chance that monsoon rains are expected to move in on Monday and last for a week. If you grain is still in the field, you could lose minimum two thousand pounds of cut grain per acre; translating into four thousand pounds harvested which pays four hundred dollars return an acre. Option one $585.00 acre – Option two maybe if you are lucky $400.00 acre.
Ranch Scout added: Using your own numbers, you are willing to bet or risk $185,000.00 To make or save $15,000.00 – That boss man is what is called “farmer’s weather roulette”. Oh, by the way; Dog and I have been thinking about moving up around Comstock; we are tired of working for you. We will be leaving in thirty to sixty days once crops are in, before bird hunting starts.
Boss: I can pay you enough money, to make your staying worthwhile.
Ranch Scout: Thanks for the offer, time for my partner and me to move on. We do not mind working for boss man who does not know how we do our jobs; just not much on working for boss man that does not know when we are not doing our jobs. Call you to let you know our leaving date; so you can have our last cash payment ready. Now if you will excuse us, we have rounds to make.

Freedom’s second most powerful weapon is one word, loyalty. Freedom’s first most powerful weapon can be described in one concept, loyalty to oath. Example, one man’s loyalty to one oath defeated Egypt’s Pharaoh, and started history’s most famous Exodus.
America’s future depends on one leader’s loyalty to uphold protect and defend from all enemies domestic and foreign. This leader’s first objective must be, to first stop America’s decline; before starting to re-build Heaven’s favorite Judeo-Christian constitutional due process constitutional ethical capitalist republic. Remember obvious example, does little good to re-start building one's home until the fire has been extinguished, or put out as most public school graduates might say.
Clue – Leaders no matter how loyal to any oath; can never be successful without having devoted followers be they: 1) “brave lone wolfs” 2) few dedicated confidants to manage dedicated many. TRUE or FALSE
Case study of those opposing above strategy, include: Obama and Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats with Mussolini Republicans both using and allowing: fascist bureaucrats; world owes me haters; public subsidy addicts; anti-American illegal immigrants; Islamic NAZI terrorists; plus members of conservative mafia cults; and others Reader might list. Texas Drifter: Right Respect for South's Stars and Bars

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Most Americans are not educated enough to know that America's Civil War was about much more than slavery. Lady Justice wears a blindfold to insure justice is based on truth which cuts both ways.
One such truth, one initial reason for Southern States succeeding from Yankee States was oppressive repressive taxes by Yankees on Southerners. Reader can verify this observation if Reader has courage to confront truth.
Another truth, Lincoln at first, only freed slaves in South as tactical advantage for North against South. Why, to incite Southern Blacks to engage in genocidal terrorism against Southern children, women, and old folks; while Southern men were away fighting Yankees on front lines.
Lincoln was not a prophet, more like a Republican politician. Consider following excerpt from “Texas Drifter: America’s Lost Second Tradition Found”.
Moving on to 1860’s International Law as defined by Dr. Lieber; German immigrant who founded Girard College in Philadelphia, taught at University of South Carolina, Colombia College in New York and was “trusted adviser to President Lincoln” according to Virgil Carrington Jones author of GRAY GHOSTS AND REBEL RAIDERS.
According to V. J. Jones, Dr Lieber advised “the rising of the people to repel invasion entitled them to full benefits of the law, and the invader could not well inquire into the origin of the armed masses.”
South responded to cruelty of Northern troops with letter by General Robert E. Lee directed to President Lincoln “that for every man of this class who shall be executed; we will execute in like manner one of corresponding grade selected from prisoners in our custody.”
Bottom line, Northern federal troops like many contemporary federal bureaucrats. “In the end, even top Federal commanders ignored the opinions of Dr. Lieber and retaliated as their individual feelings in the matters dictated, making it a desperate affairs for the irregulars (and civilians)”
Let federal bureaucrats be advised that eventually good guys will win, and evil guys will eventually lose. Bad guys who violate due process rights of good guys’ regular combatants, irregular combatants, or others exercising inalienable rights “en masse” will result in bad guys being tried by Nuremberg type trials.
Federal bad guys need to understand that invaders acting like foreign terrorists may not necessarily possess same due process rights as good guys who have not engaged in “acts of abjuration to U.S. Constitution” before Heaven and American people. Which is one way to distinguish good guys from bad guys; those who honor their oaths are good guys awhile those who “abjure” their oaths are bad guys representing evil. (End excerpt)
As for anti-slavery Missourians, not saints either. Consider case of these self-righteous haters rounding up nineteen Southern women and children. Next the Southern women and children were placed in an old wood building so these Missourians could “enjoy” listening to the women and children scream while the building was burned to the ground.

Each of the fifty white stars represents a different state. Some suggest that the color blue stands for Constitutional oath to God's Heaven.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Affirmative Action corrupts all law enforcement and constitutional due process justice. How, first because Affirmative Action by lowering ethical standards facilitates law enforcement becoming storm troopers like what recently happened in Wisconsin.

Reader can do their own research to firm up dates, numbers, and names of professional patriot officers purged by Obama based probably on Jarrett’s advice.
Did not Obama’s closest frequent visitors to Whitehouse Muslim Brotherhood attempt same tactic in Egypt until Egypt’s Military had had enough government by Islamic Radicals called terrorists by many?

Another issue for Reader to consider: Are Mexico’s cartels leaders evolving from “profit motivated” to being ideologically motivated by new ethnic and religious hatreds? Texas Drifter: Obama's Armageddon Strategy for Texas?

Question will Obama’s with help of Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats’ real legacy be creating World’s Dark Ages II, known by future historians as America’s First Dark Ages. How, by Americans not preparing for, or stopping, or surviving an E.M.P. incident? TRUE or FALSE
Before answering, Reader might acknowledge following: It is very likely that after initial E.M.P. incident, average citizens will not know: 1) specific type E.M.P incident; 2) who was responsible for incident; 3) why incident occurred; 4) how incident occurred; 5) how far E.M.P. damage spread across America: to be more specific, 1) if damage was only regional, 2) if damage was all across Texas, 3) how much of America was impacted? About only thing that Reader will know, are results of incident/s which will include most all of following.
Now imagine a world for your children and grandchildren permanently affected by E.M.P:

In an effort to help reader experience first day of Obama and Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats preventable first day of their Dark Ages II in Texas. Awoke sometime before sunrise; all covered in sweat. My first response was air conditioner must have blown a fuse. Reached for closest light switch, again nothing happened. No problem, reached for my cell phone, still nothing; not even indication battery dead. Opened curtain to only to notice there was no street light on outside my small temporary residence; only darkness as far as one can see on a cloudy moonless night.
Managed to get dressed so I could drive about six blocks to area convenience store. Things got less pleasant, as my car’s remote also seemed to have a dead battery. The remote would not unlock my car’s doors, or have the vehicle do anything else.
Decided walk might be good exercise, went back into my home to get my Cougar .40 Cal – just in case. Having spent most of my career in private sector security industry; being paid to always be paranoid made “just in case”; seem like just another day at work.
Had barely gone three blocks, when it dawned on me that current events involved more than just a temporary electrical outage. Obvious clue was vehicles all seemed to stop where they were last “running”.
Terrified people were running up asking” What is happening? My car just stopped; my phone won’t work; my lap top doesn’t work; there is no electricity – how am I going to charge my phone battery?
Kept on walking only to see a police cruiser, two fire trucks, ambulance all more or less evenly spaced in route to house somewhere – none were running – none had working lights – none with any working radios either vehicle mounted or hand held.
Asked one of the fire fighters what happened, said he did not know. He told me to move on, as they were trying to decide whether to stay with their vehicles or start walking back to their station.
Eventually made it to convenience store – no surprise that it was closed. Decided to keep heading down to mini-mall to check on ATM. Seemed more entertaining than heading back to my small rental residence.
Walking became more bizarre as more people were waking up to realize that their routine lifestyles had totally changed over-night. Making things worse was, everyone wanted to know why “this was happening” and “how long before things would be back to normal?”
Perception struck me, now I know what it is like when time stops for technology, but not for the living. As I approached the not working ATM; I noticed couple of gang members starting to rob older man. I being modest, introduced them to my Cougar 40.Cal and asked them to leave. Which they did without my having to ask them twice.
The old man said “I like you”. Then asked if I wanted to make two hundred dollars cash by escorting him to his house about mile away?
I asked where he got the money since the ATM was not working, His response, “I bought it with me”; then said “We should get going before the street gangsters come back.”
After we walked about hundred yards, told the old man – I want hundred now and other hundred when we get to your house. Old man smiled and said “you look like you are honest”; then handed me both one hundred dollar bills. My bemused response – After you.
Was thinking as I followed the old man down the street – At least, there might be some money making opportunities during these whatever is going on days!
As we approached old man's house, he said "Come in my daughter can fix you breakfast - Knew these days were coming - I have working appliances most people don't - I will give you a ten minute summary of what is going on - Plus I will pay you another fifty dollars for your time - that's what private guns like you like - right?
Smiled at old man then said, “You can pay me after breakfast.” Old man then quipped, “Good, I knew you were honest."
Old man began a brief lecture about EMP, while waiting for my breakfast to be served.
EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) can be generated by 1) detonation of one high altitude nuclear bomb; 2) non-nuclear generator SGEMP (System Generator EMP) or 3) magnetic explosion on the sun like Carrington Event September 1859 which disrupted telegraph systems world-wide.
Objectives for use of EMP weapons are to disrupt, damage, and destroy, the following: electricity transmission lines and generators plus “consumer systems / appliances” used for: communications (passive and interactive); transportation; including but not limited to computer related: hardware, hard drives, software; data storage systems like scandisks, parts of internet “cloud”; and even magnetic tapes.
Real world impact generally explained includes but is not limited to the following:
1. No electricity for: lights, air conditioners, hot water heaters, stoves, radios, televisions, street lights, street signal lights, fresh drinking water, list goes on
2. No working repairable: electrical appliances of any kind
3. No working repairable: cell phones, laptops, any type of consumer computer retail products
4. No electronic financial transactions: no bank cash with-drawls; no debit/ credit card transactions at any store, ATM, or anywhere else - anywhere means anywhere; in fact, since data sources have been destroyed it will be almost impossible for anyone to verify they even have bank accounts; Reader can forget electronic direct deposit transfers from Social Security or other retirement or dividend checks - this is only brief list of no longer available “routine” financial transactions.
5. No working transportation using cars /vehicles; trucks; buses; trains, airplanes, boats – one might hope for transportation from few riding lawnmowers, National Guard type trucks might show up sometime in future.
6. No responding law enforcement, fire department, ambulances due to no operating vehicles, radios, or phone services
7. No emergency room or hospital services as their backup generators were probably destroyed during EMP incident; leaving facilities without electricity, water, using computers to request patient records, or know which prescription drugs to prescribe; tragic as it may be; most patients in hospitals and nursing homes in poor health will probably die where they are.
8. Even parts of electric grid not destroyed by EMP incident; could suddenly experience electrical “back surges” in remaining grid not damaged by EMP incident, and “burn up” rest of electric grid?
9. Other EMP incident problems Reader can list, like effects on those depending on pacemakers.
Beneficiaries of possible EMP incident on Texas soil; list might include Russia; China; Middle East Terrorists (both old enemies and new enemies); possibly most to benefit would be Obama’s Administration. How it would give Obama reason to suspend 2016 elections while punishing Red States like Texas.
According to Wall Street Journal “The Growing Threat from an EMP Attack” A nuclear device detonated above the U.S. could kill millions, and we've done almost nothing to prepare. By R. James Woolsey and Peter Vincent Pry Aug. 12, 2014 - It was suggested that - Estimated cost to protect U.S. from EMP attack according to EMP Commission would be about two billion dollars which is about what U.S. gives to Pakistan.
Ways to prevent damages of man-made or natural solar EMP incidents; are not really important now after incident has occurred – are they?
Sir you have three options after you finish your breakfast:

In case you are foolishly considering making it until electric power is re-established; who will replace destroyed consumer electrical appliances; who will provide parts to repair damaged vehicles; who will provide new jobs; what about all bank deposit records, property ownership records, personal identity records, criminal records, other records required of civil society; it will be impossible to separate legal citizens from illegal immigrants – bottom brutal truth is there will be no going back to normal perhaps forever!
6. Being positive, the hideaway ranch you will be escorting my daughter too, has multiple copies of necessary documents on both paper and CD’s; plus other conveniences those you leave behind will not even remember by this time next week.

Security: I cannot fly that thing –
Old Man: My daughter can – She built it entirely by herself; plus she hand tightened every single bolt in her “Eagle” not “that thing” as you called it.
Security: Need few thing out of my house – plus other things others do not need to find.
Old Man: Anything there worth dying for? You are a marked man since you helped me. I can go back and make sure that nothing in your place is ever found by anyone. Rioters and looters will probably work the convenience stores, liquor stores, and retail stores until darkness; before they start breaking into private homes. Know what these are?
Security: Yes “Dragon breath” rounds with time delay and trip wire detonators.
Old Man: Very good – as soon as you and my daughter lift off about sundown; I will rig my place to go up first; then take back alleys to you your place, open gas line and set both time delay and trip wire detonators to insure there are no misfires.
Security: Where will you go after that?
Old Man: Have few friends in neighborhood nursing home; will stay and care for them until “our time has come”. With no electricity, air conditioning, lights, food, water, computer records for prescriptions, or way to call for additional medical care services or law enforcement; we probably will not make it much past sunrise as rioters will enter looking for drugs.
Security: You can still take my place on your daughter’s “Eagle”.
Old Man: No sir, it is time for my generation to reap what we tolerated – It is up to you and my daughter to survive long enough to give the next generation chances to re-build Heaven’s favorite republic. Kind of Ironic that an America that worshiped affirmative action for all; will now learn that EMP incidents are the ultimate social-economic class equalizers of all time.

Texas Drifter: How to Investigate Unpatriotic Threats

Marshall's Law Dateline - Following is divided into two parts: first few basic investigation techniques, followed by profiles of some unpatriotic threats to America’s domestic tranquility and national security.
Definition of investigate is systematic inquiry by observation and or close examination.
Side note, response to recent inquiry, why does Texas Drifter make references to Judeo-Christian? Answer: As roots provide “life foundation” for plants; there would and could be no Christianity without Judeo roots. Moving on to how to investigate unpatriotic threats to America.
PART I: FEW BASIC INVESTIGATIVE TECHNIQUES
Reader’s assignments to investigate are limited to investigating; not prosecuting, passing judgment, or carrying out penalties.
Integrity of any investigation, depends on whether systematic inquiry process is conducted with prejudicial or non-prejudicial methods of gathering information; called intelligence by some.
Information collected can generate: clues, leads, or evidence which may be used in legal due process systems often called trials.
Sources of information, can result from physical forensics. One example: bullet in victim can be tired to gun in car with suspect’s finger prints on gun, and powder residue on suspect’s hands and clothing.
Other sources of information can include “eye witness”; or hear-say; or suspect’s own admission. This is called human intelligence.
Often investigator or undercover agent needs to think like bad guy/s to obtain confession; or forensic clues. Leads, or evidence. One combination technique can involve up close and personal, short range, medium range, or long range surveillance; which might include one or both audio-visual recordings.
This information can generate clues, leads, or evidence based on common sense, “time-line coincidences”. Another sometimes useful tool can be statistical probabilities based on past and potential suspect‘s actions.
Investigation students often ask where to start their investigation. Recall investigator’s objectives are similar to those of long gone journalists before journalists become little more than special interest propagandists: who, what, when, where, how, why. One good place for investigator to start investigation, start closest to center, and work out like ripples from a small stone tossed into a pond.
Brief observation, “messing up investigation process”, or blowing an undercover assignment; makes it multiple times more difficult to restart investigation by next investigator. Difficulties extend to both investigating and agent’s physical security.
Few miscellaneous notes:
1. “Desk pilot” experiences do not generally produce professional quality “on scene” or in the field investigators who produce professional productive non-prejudicial investigations. This premise is multiplied many times when it comes to insuring that desk pilots do not make good investigation managers.
2. Never accept assignments from investigation managers who treat investigation agents or team members like “bullet catchers”.
3. Judge potential bad guys, as well as bad guys by their actions not their words or promises.
4. Never get into a situation where one owes bad guys even the tiniest of favors; it is always preferable to have bad guys owe good guys favors.

First profile is of patriots who are not threat to America – traditionalists wanting to conserve (conservatives) America’s traditions, values, principles (reader can list); these are citizens who always defend constitutional law enforcement and America’s Armed Forces. 7. Many public sector bureaucrats who hate America’s private sector producers who might cut public bureaucrats employment opportunities to subsidize public subsidy addicts (welfare recipients), plus shorten bureaucrats careers to terrorize Americans with Nazi like non-legislated regulations
8. Public subsidy addicts who feel world owes them subsidized middle class lifestyle paid for by America’s working middle class
9. Illegal immigrants who hate Americans for opposing illegal immigrants “rights” to re-colonize America while living on American public subsidies; instead of assimilating into America’s society by becoming self-sufficient

Texas Drifter: Obama's Darkest Secret?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Perhaps Obama’s darkest secret could very well be, Obama’s sub-conscious addiction to subserviently please a Rasputin type master? Just asking, as Americans have God given inalienable right to know what motivates their President and Commander-In-Chief.

Texas Drifter: Some Americans Still Support Crucifixion?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Observation, judgment day is personal. Not being a religious scholar, just asking: Will Americans who still support Crucifixion of Heaven’s Son, be able to use “excuse” on their personal judgment days, “I did not know any better”?
Brief background of Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA)
1. First signed into law by President Clinton 1993
2. Supreme Court ruled in 1997 that RFRA could not be applied to States
3. Since Supreme Court ruling over twenty States have adopted similar legislation to RFRA
Controversy seems to be:
1. That businesses (are not corporations businesses) have “free exercise” rights equaling rights matching those of individuals and churches
2. Businesses / corporations have free exercise rights “defense” against a private law suit by another person rather than actions simply brought by government
Bottom line is that opponents to RFRA seemingly wish to provide individual haters same “rights” as government to engage in activities that violate:
1. First Commandment of Ten – Thou shall have no other gods before me (tyranny like government)
2. First Bill of Right of Ten - prohibit citizens who own or run businesses from exercising their religious beliefs while engaged in commerce (tyranny like government)
3. Tenth Bill of Right – prohibit States from exercising States Rights
Seems opponents to above laws might have felt that a citizen mob should have been allowed to crucify Heaven’s Son, because haters are entitled to act like private sector tyrants, just as most governments act like tyrants. These “whole world owes us, because we haters believe that we are entitled to sovereignty immunity, because only our rights matter."
Translation concepts like inalienable rights; U.S. Constitutional guaranteed rights plus those in Bill of Rights do not apply to Judeo-Christians, or anyone else not willing to worship the self-appointed we are better than you false prophets.
It is not a very long journey from ruining or destroying: reputations, financial lives, physical health and well-being of Judeo-Christian citizens for not sacrificing their sacred honors; to demanding that a thief be released so a private mob could crucify Heaven’s Son. Why, simply for not worshiping or publicly honoring selfish spoiled false prophets among us.
Question does not condemning Religious Freedom Restoration Acts like the one in Indiana, Texas, and other States promote mob rule injustices against business owners who do not wish to leave their religious values out of all their business decisions? Texas Drifter not a legal scholar, could be wrong, did not The United States Supreme Court, in 1819, provide (partial excerpt) legal description of a corporation: A corporation is an artificial being, (end excerpt).
Does not this “artificial being” reflect the moral ethical standards of its owners and managers who are living individuals? Explain why these living individuals can only extend their religious principles to their personal and social lives; and not their lives while engaged in commerce. Better still, show Texas Drifter where such a prohibition is protected in either Ten Commandments or Bill of Rights.

Texas Drifter: Different Ways to Die

Different pathways to death or injury.
1. Natural causes – like getting old, wearing out, breaking down, dying; or illness from disease/s
2. Accidents – generally few and seldom, generally more likely negligence
3. Negligence – causing injury or harm by tending to forget or ignore responsibilities
4. Stupidity self-explanatory not necessarily negligence
5. Crazy different than just being stupid
6. Suicide
7. Criminal conduct which can be negligent or premeditated
8. Enemy conduct
9. Terrorism
10. Treason by traitor (perhaps most offensive)
11. Self Defense
12. Due Process
13. Righteous Revenge

Following seems better national security process for dealing with terrorists; rather than Obama’s policy of releasing terrorist “to the battlefield to have second chances” too kill Americans and America’s allies. (Excerpt) Texas Drifter adheres to “old school” lessons, and believes that security forces jobs are not done when bad guys leave field of combat; assignment is complete once bad guys are tracked down and completely destroyed. Why, simple answer is so bad guys do not have opportunity to “re-group” to kill good guys or their allies and families on another day.
Reader can reference excerpt from Library Entry # 726 “Guide to Your Political Personality” - Patriot Security Conservatives, as well as most grownups understand that terrorists are not lawful combatants, and are not entitled to civilian constitutional due process legal systems; not entitled to Uniform Code of Military Justice legal processes; not entitled to Geneva Convention due processes for lawful combatant prisoners of war. Terrorists are only entitled to be interrogated for good intelligence, and eventually be summarily executed. (End excerpt)
Few observations, justice without due process is nothing more than mob rule lynching even when carried out by Obama’s Justice department. Citizen patience requires letting due process slowly attempt to achieve justice whether process be civilian or military trials; no how offensive the defendant.
Lynching the defendant make those in lynch mob worse than person being lynched.
Casualties’ numbers vary from civilian to military; hence need for separate due process legal systems. Civilian deaths may on average directly affect guestimate five hundred people. Since military members, consider themselves “brothers in arms”; death of one of their own by say “one deserter”, could affect hundreds of thousands of armed forces members. Hence different due process system with what seems like “harsher” sentences to civilians.

Moving on to other Obama policies besides Obama Care that are getting Americans killed without due process. First, America’s federal government is not realistically engaged in even a “proxy war effort” to secure America’s Southern porous border.
Security “101” teaches that any security strategy starts with establishing secure perimeter which involves not letting bad guys cross a specific “line in the sand” which might be controlled by a secure fence. How many military officers follow policy of allowing bad guys inside perimeter, and then try to round up bad guys? Seems more efficient way would start with keeping bad guys from crossing perimeter?
Texas should send Obama’s government “bill” for Texas having to use Texans tax dollars to fund Texas Department of Public Safety officers to secure international border which is America’s Federal Government’s U.S. Constitutional responsibility. Reader recall? Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."
How many hundreds of thousands of cases of domestic violence have illegal immigrants committed against American citizens and legal residents? Those crimes do not even include hundreds of dollars of public tax dollars at all levels of government that illegal immigrants have stolen or defrauded from America’s citizens and legal residents.
Brutal truths question: Most of illegal immigrants’ victims are not American Anglo citizens; rather illegal immigrants largest group of victims are American Hispanic citizens and legal residents. Accessories to these crimes against America’s Hispanic citizens and legal residents include.
1. Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats seeking to get illegal immigrants addicted to welfare in return for their votes.
2. Conservative politicians like former Texas Governor Rick Perry who supported policies to provide children on illegal immigrants less expensive costs for college educations ; while not extending same benefits to veterans of other states with children wanting to attend college in Texas.
3. Many Chamber types who have made and are making fortunes laundering cartel profits through retail sales. These same corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats like Jeb Bush, also support amnesty for cheap labor illegal immigrants to displace American citizens and legal residents from job markets on U.S. side of its southern Border.
4. Conservatives need to understand one almost “carved in stone” reality about Hispanic liberal voters: The Heavenly Father could run for any office as a Republican; while Satin itself, could run for any office as Liberal Democrat; and Liberal Hispanic voters would still vote for Satin itself.

Question Three – Might new format for post “high school” educations include: two years to learn vocational skills at learning institutions like Texas State Technical Institutes. Followed by those two years of education being credited as first two years of learning towards Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degrees, at “typical” four year degree programs at typical state universities or colleges. Four year colleges will probably squeal like “female dogs in heat”. Who cares, their loan financed educations are generally worth less employment dollars upon graduation, than two years of learned vocational skills at tax payer funded TSTI facilities. Question Four - Simply cutting off finances or defunding any and all non-essential federal agency bureaucracies is in America’s best interests - both domestic tranquility and national security; plus GNP. Question Five – If Feds “cook the books” on unemployment numbers; why should anyone believe that Federal Reserve would not blatantly lie about inflation ratios? Question Six – what do Old Testament / New Testament and America’s Declaration of Independence / Constitution / Bill of Rights all share in common? Answer, ordinary common people do not need to pay religious scholars or lawyers to tell them, what above special words mean. TRUE or FALSE
Question Seven – Texas Drifter and Editor Marshall cannot endorse: any more than qualified conservative 2016 Presidential candidate or campaign. One quality that the more than qualified conservative candidate will possess that Obama, McConnell, Boehner, J. Question Nine – It is not a compliment, to express to some liberal women that when some of them lay on their backs and spread their legs; one hopes that they are good at that, because they are too ignorant to be useful for anything else. TRUE or FALSE
Question Ten – Following attempts to explain why Texas Drifter often uses term “ethical capitalism”. Capitalism has potential to be best of all economic systems thus far conceived by Americans.
Capitalism encompasses more than private property rights including intellectual rights guaranteed in America’s Constitution for potential profits. Capitalism also includes more than voluntary exchange of products, labors, or services for profits. Reader can consider contracts as public records to settle due process civil disputes among parties in commerce transactions.
Capitalism without integrity is fraud which is similar to the “Thou Shall Not Steal” Commandment. Example, offering a starving man ten dollars for a one hundred dollar horse is stealing.
Other examples of unethical capitalism include: First, laundering cartel drug profits through retail sales in Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas in U.S.A. Second, Federal Reserve catering to special interest lobbyists on Wall Street, and or internationalist corporate fascist Republican establishment aristocrats seeking cheaper labor at expense of Americans’ jobs. How, by providing amnesty for illegal immigrants. Reader should know what J. Bush, McConnell, Boehner, and others Reader can list privately stand for. TRUE or FALSE
Bonus Question – Just a guess, R. Limbaugh probably knows difference between marketing strategies, and self-consuming vanities. It does not seem likely that R. Limbaugh spends much time reading his own press releases or Twitters while standing in front of a mirror. One might not be so sure about other conservatives like: H.; L.; or what some may describe as G.B.’s cult like network; or other conservative media celebrities Reader might list. TRUE or FALSE
Clue – Why do many people complain about police driving so fast and wreck-less to emergency calls across town; but always complain about police driving so slow to emergency calls in their own neighborhood? Bonus thought question – Finally an opportunity to use expression that has little opportunity to be used: We can head them off at the pass! Texas Drifter: Are You Too Selfish To Survive Freedom?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Has majority of American adults become too much like children described as “terrible two’s” to stop America’s decline; which is necessary before re-storing America’s traditions, values, and principles having any hope of becoming future reality?
Seems that majority of America’s adult population have become obsessed with satisfying their selfish impulse gratifications at expense of real world problem solving. Included in “my pleasures first” group are most of following.
1. Younger generation
2. Professional public welfare addicts
3. Illegal immigrants
4. Non-essential public sector bureaucrats
5. Others Reader can list
Above groups’ skills are generally limited to
1. Getting better free food than working middle class purchase
2. Recreational breeding for more benefits
3. Always begging for more free benefits
4. Whining about not having enough free luxuries
5. Rioting like in Greece when their other people’s paid for benefits are reduced
Societal symptoms in America include
1. More and more impulse gratifications
2. Higher and higher minimum wage salaries
3. More and more welfare benefits
4. Less and less marketable vocational skills
5. More and more college debts for less marketable employment skills
6. Less and less respect for:
- Less and less individual accountability
- Fewer and fewer stable single family units
- Stealing more and more of other people’s private properties
- Ignoring more and more of people’s inalienable rights defined in Bill of Rights
- Eliminating more and more Constitutional and common law due processes
- Shunning all patriot’s love and respect for Heaven’s favorite republic

Will corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats be too selfish, to support candidate that is best for stopping America’s decline? Answer, more likely than not, as Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats will probably choose an aristocrat like Jeb Bush!
Consequence of Jeb Bush like Republican nomination, will be like 2012 Presidential election where Republican Party’s conservative base will stays “home” and does not vote. Resulting in Electoral College putting fanatic ideologue Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats like Elizabeth Warren as President, and San Antonio’s communist clone Castro as Vice-President into America’s highest offices. TRUE or FALSE
Clue – Was not Benito Mussolini a self-admitted corporate fascist? Reader can explain in six words or less why conservatives should not “stay home” when their 2016 choices are: Stalin type who urinates on U.S. Constitution expanding Obama’s Stalinist type federal government, or Mussolini type Internationalist Republican establishment aristocrats – paraphrased in their own words: all those ignorant ungrateful working middle class people, should be grateful we are willing to be their political foster parents?
Perhaps only more selfish group that might influence America’s future, are vanity motivated for popularity defined by media ratings, self-appointed cult leaders, masquerading as false prophets; described by some conservatives as the “conservative mafia”. TRUE or FALSE
Clues: First, definition of selfish is one being obsessively concerned excessively or exclusively, with one’s own advantage, pleasure, or wellbeing; without any regard for any others. Second, the “conservative mafia” is more likely to purge their own ranks by targeting “not true believer”; rather than by going after Marxist-fascists or corporate fascists. Reader might reference Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library Entry # 793 – “Conservative Mafia Real?” before answering above question.
Reader should remember that forming an alliance to confront and eventually stop America’s decline from any evil or evils; does not need to include making any American middle class citizens, especially Southern middle class citizens, step children to any political clown or cult leader masquerading as false prophet. Again, what are differences between being victimized by Stalin type; Mussolini type; or Robespierre conservative mafia type? Answer – NONE. Translation nothing - not a darn bit!
Bonus question – Difference between old men like Texas Drifter and Editor Marshall, compared to most all inexperienced young men and more than many middle age men; is? Answer, old men tend to be less selfish and are more likely to do what is necessary to try and change the inevitable. Perhaps better title for this writing exercise might have been” “Too Many Selfish to Save America?” TRUE or FALSE

Friendly warning thought. For who, Progressive Democrats concerning 2016 Presidential Election: Rumors seeping out from under H. Clinton’s closed doors, are that, when H. Clinton is elected President; H. Clinton intends to teach Progressive Democrats meaning of self-righteous vengeance. Why, for interfering with H. Clinton’s “entitled” destiny to be America’s first queen President!
Progressive Democrats best hope of avoiding H. Clinton’s vengeance is to support “special prosecutor” to investigate “political trades” made for tens of millions of dollars in contributions from foreign governments, corporations, and special interest groups that have allegedly been made to Clinton’s Foundation; while H. Clinton’s served as Secretary of State. TRUE or FALSE
Clue do Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats really believe that H. Clinton will compassionately forget all times she feels that Progressive Democrats did worse than making “her Highness” sit in back of bus; rather all times (H. Clinton has probably kept count) Progressive Democrats threw America’s first entitled queen under many buses?

Both corporate fascist Republican establishment and Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats Achilles heel in more ways than one; is public audit of Federal Reserve, Reader can consider the following: For specific GAO restrictions of Auditing Federal Reserve System, Reader can Google - GAO Report T-GGD-94-44, entitled "Federal Reserve System Audits: Restrictions on GAO's Access." Reader should reference “full report” especially “Appendix 1” restrictions on GAO Audits contained in the Federal Reserve Banking Agency Audit Act – specifically “audits of the Federal reserve Board and Federal reserve banks may not include”. Reader can check out four listed items for themselves; then ask what is government hiding and for whom are they hiding what government does not want American patriots to know?
Texas Drifter is not a blathering optimist, or is glass half full or half empty person. Heck, I have never even seen that glass most people are talking about. America’s patriots will be able to defeat above bad and evil threats to: America’s constitution, ethical capitalist economy, plus end threats to America’s domestic tranquility and national security – provided.
Provided, can always be most annoying word in any sentence or statement. To finish previous thought, provided America’s Patriots devote themselves to preserving and serving American traditions, values, and principles all Patriots share in common. Americans can agree to polish the edges after America’s era of decline has been stopped. Remember one cannot start re-building a house until the fire is out.
One area that Patriots need never compromise, is vanity motivated cult leaders with Robespierre type personalities – replacing one type of fascist tyrant with another type of fascist tyrant is not an improvement and is best left to third world country political systems.
Can same observation be made about some Yankee Republican Conservatives? Flaws still held by most Yankee Republican Conservatives:
1. Ignoring facts like less than five percent of Southerners ever owned slaves.
2. Their self-appointed self-righteous obsessions with their “rights” to inflict sadistic revenge on South’s vanquished and their “guilty of the day”.
3. Yankee Republican Conservatives publicly admit they will not be without sin, when future historians judge their treatment of South’s vanquished during Reconstruction and even into contemporary times.

Observation question – Brutal future reality, future domestic tranquility’s flashpoint will result from amnesty for illegal immigrants who are by definition criminals; many of whom will become future welfare addicts; gang members, rioters and domestic terrorists when their “entitled to” public benefits are reduced. Question moral of this writing exercise, is choosing between shades of gray fascism is never an improvement. TRUE or FALSE

Texas Drifter: America's Jury System Fascist?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Is title truth in form of question? If free citizens do not have enough respect for their government to voluntarily serve as impartial juror for meager compensation; how can any justice ever be achieved using government juror slaves?
Definition of fascism is political-economic system where property and means of production are owned by private sector; but are so regulated by governments to either support public subsidy addicts for votes to stay in power (like Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats); or generate excessive profits for corporate fascists to stay in power (like Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats).
Reader might compare history of America’s slave jurors; to America’s Armed Forces which more cost efficient since relying on volunteers and abandoning drafted slaves.
Few examples of America’s “spill-over” to other levels of governments fascist jury policies.
1. Seems Texas has followed America’s devotion to utilizing fascist juries to serve public sector interests. How, Texas use of public sector terrorism dependent on fear of intimidation.
2. Message sent: potential citizen juror should be cheerful state government slave! Or, lose your Texas property; lose your liberty by being sent to jail; resist and Texas state government might murder you, because you are nothing.

1. Ten Commandments like one which clearly states, Thou shall not steal …
2. Abjuration Act 1581 – Reader will remember longer if Reader does own research
3. Declaration of Independence – inalienable rights to …
4. U.S. Constitution Article III Section 2 - The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.
5. Bill of Rights VII - In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
6. U.S. Constitution Amendment XIII - Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Could involuntary servitude forced by government threats of citizen’s loss of property, loss of liberty, loss of life for jury duty be considered an unjust tax on law abiding citizen not convicted of any crime; and specifically be an unjust tax on citizen’s labor?
Where it is stated in above citations that jury duty slavery through involuntary servitude is consistent with America’s traditions, values, and or principles?
How can “innocent to proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt” citizen with Heaven granted inalienable rights ever expect to get “fair trial”; from government intimidated volunteer slaves serving on government juries? Juries which also happen to be manipulated by many malicious bureaucrat prosecutors loyal only to their lusts for their conviction ratios. They can’t. TRUE or FALSE
Many above describe prosecutors are Marxist-fascist since their sense of justice only includes only prosecuting private sector middle class citizens who often cannot afford adequate defense against malicious public sector prosecutors with unlimited government budgets. This view is re-enforced by prosecutors offering deals like “plead guilty on government’s terms; or I will put your wife in jail and your children in permanent foster care.” Many prosecutors care about their conviction ratios, not facts of case.
All the while, prosecutors never seem to prosecute professional welfare frauds; or hate crimes by minorities against private sector middle class citizens. Why simple, District Attorneys do not want to lose votes for being perceived as being “mean to the poor” or being “closet racists” against minorities or being “insensitive” to other special interest hate groups. Doubt this observations, how many Muslim Islamic terrorists have ever been prosecuted for hate crimes against Anglo Judeo-Christians? Answer is very, very, few to none. TRUE or FALSE
Texas Drifter could be wrong, do not think America was envisioned as a due process constitutional republic; so Marxist-fascist prosecutors and some accessory judges could use slave jurors to prosecute. Who, “guilty until proven innocent” in public mob lynchings masquerading as due process trials. Two examples: 1) Obama’s Justice Department and 2) Texas verdict still out – will be identified later. Just asking, not accusing TRUE or FALSE
Bonus Question (with three clues) – Pretending that Reader is in time capsule and could re-visit America’s Founding Fathers during America’s beginning decades. How does Reader think America’s Founders would react, if telling America’s Founders that in little more than two hundred years; following would be reality? Forced government servitude prior to due process conviction of a crime was lawful tax on citizen’s labor. Plus stealing citizen’s property; rescinding citizen’s liberty; or even government killing a citizen who too strenuously objected to serving as government slave on a jury; was common place in Founding Fathers great constitutional experiment. Just a guess, Founding Fathers would not have been amused? TRUE or FALSE
Clue 1 - It has been written many times that road to Hades is paved with good intentions. Could it also be true that tolerating inconveniences of “seedling” tyrannies are road to same Hades?
Clue 2 – Seems that any judge at any level of government that bases their rulings on popular opinion are ruling in favor of mob rule; and that that same judge is also a traitor to their oath to: Heaven, America the country, and America’s people.
Clue 3 – As there is no apparent distinctions in Ten Commandments between the souls of an earthly king and individual subjects. There are also no distinctions among oaths to uphold, protect, and defend from all enemies domestic and foreign; and between “inferior court” judges ordering local citizens to become temporary government slaves for a jury, or Supreme / Superior court members ordering that unconstitutional laws like Obama Care be treated as constitutional law.
Why, local inferior court fascism is no different than superior court national fascism. Translation, fascism by any other name is still fascism; as treason by any other name is still treason (when defined as “adhering to their enemies”).
Bonus question, do you my Reader, know what makes America a great constitutional republic? Think about following answer: Texas Drifter an unknown farmer’s son who is not a legal scholar, knows more about judicial integrity; than four liberal Supreme Court members; seemingly more than two moderate court members; maybe not nearly as much as the three conservative court members. How could this be? Perhaps because America’s founding documents were written by average Americans and for average Americans; and not just Judges, prosecutors, and lawyers. TRUE or FALSE
Back to title, what is righteous about any prospective juror taking any oath from any judge who violates their own oath while serving on the bench? The answer: that is why judgment day is personal. On one side, in non-spiritual reality; being a martyr for slaves who volunteer to be slaves; seems and exercise in vanity; have still not figured out other side.
Seems following observation is valid, those defending fascist jury systems including judges, prosecutors, and other haters defined by their actions; who all defend fascist jury systems are RENOUNCING all “fair jury” foundations cited above. May not want to hang out with evil too much; so reader does not have to explain their actions on their very own personal judgment day.
Final thought question, where’s hope for America’s future when political ruling class seems to be ruled by people who are: too ignorant, too vain, too cowardly, or just too evil to admit that they are acting like fascists? Reader might just think about their answer for personal security reasons; at least for now?
